By using our B2B sourcing services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Scope

• We source products according to your specifications.

• We provide estimates and recommendations, but final product quality and availability depend on suppliers.

2. Quotes and Payment

• After you submit a request, we provide a formal quote with the total cost for sourcing your product.

• Clients must pay 100% of the quoted amount upfront before any sourcing begins.

• Payment confirms the order and agreement to these Terms of Service.

• Payments are accepted via PayPal, Stripe, or bank transfer.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

• Since sourcing begins only after payment, refunds are not available once work has started.

• Orders may be canceled before payment.

4. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for delays, supplier errors, or other unforeseen issues beyond our control.

5. Marketing & Communication

• By providing your email, you may receive marketing emails only if you consented

• You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in emails

6. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada
